1. All chairpersons are asked to be in the Conference Hall no later than 5 minutes before the beginning of the session.
2. The chairpersons should make every effort to maintain the time schedule in cooperation with the assistant of the Conference Hall and should warn the speakers about the remaining time, when necessary.
The time allocated for each conference will be 15 minutes.
The time allocated for each oral presentation will be 8 minutes and 2 minutes.
The time allocated for each conference will be 7 minutes.
Please cooperate in order for the sessions to carry on as scheduled and please adhere strictly to the time limits.
