Abstract Submission

All abstracts shall be submitted ONLINE only.

RULES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
 
1/ All abstracts of the works you wish to present during the Congress (as oral communication or poster) shall be submitted ONLINE. The electronic version of the abstracts will be used for publishing in the Scientific Abstract Book.
 
2/ Abstracts sent via mail, fax or any e-mail address (of the Congress or of the Congress' Management) will NOT be accepted.
 
3/ Authors of the abstracts must register and pay the Participation Fee until  July 1^st, 2011, prior to sending the documents. Abstracts of authors not registered and not having their Participation Fee paid will not be accepted.
 
4/ Abstracts should be written in Romanian and/or English and they should not exceed 250 words.
 
5/ Please use the Times New Roman font, size 12, at one line spacing.
 
6/ The abstract should not include graphics, photos or sketches.
 
7/ The title of the abstract will be written in capitals. The contact details of the author shall provide the following information, in this mentioned order: last name, first name, establishment, department, city, country.
 
8/ The number of the co-authors is limited to 10 (ten).
 
9/ The content of the abstract must be of informational value and it should specify:
a) the objectives;
b) material and methods used;
c) results;
d) conclusions.
 
10/ The bibliography should not be inserted in the abstract.
 
ABSTRACTS THAT DON'T FOLLOW THE RULES ABOVE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
 
Along with sending the abstract, the presenting author must also:

- take full responsibility for the presented content;

- confirm that all the authors of the submitted document are aware and agree with the content;

- grant to the Organizers permission to publish the abstract in the 2011 ARCE Abstract Book, seen that the abstract is selected for oral or poster presentation.

 
ABSTRACT EVALUATION
 
The Scientific Committee of the Congress will analyze the abstracts sent within the deadline and will communicate the result of the evaluation in due time. The decision regarding the type of presentation (oral communication or poster) belongs to the Congress' Scientific Committee.
 
All accepted abstracts for either oral communication or poster will be presented during the Congress by their presenting authors registered until July 1^st, 2011. If the presenting author cannot attend to the Congress, they have the obligation to delegate and announce a replacement, by sending in due time, a written notification to the Congress' Management at: registration@arcecongres.ro.
