Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees. Please make sure that YOUR NAME and “2011 ARCE Congress” are clearly stated onall payment and transfer documents.
 
Bank charges are the payer's responsibility and will be paid along with the registration fee.
 
In case you choose to pay by bank transfer, a copy of the payment documents, stamped by the bank, will be remitted to the Congress' Management through e-mail or fax.
 
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
All registered participants shall receive at the end of the event a certificate of participation mentioning the number of Continuous Medical Education hours (CME) that 2011 ARCE Congress was credited with by the Romanian College of  Physicians (for medics) and by the Order of  Medical Assistants and Nurses of Romania (for medical assistants).
 
WATER & COFFEE CORNER
Throughout the entire Congress period there will be several self-service water fountains and coffee machines placed in the exhibition area, for all Congress and exhibition attendants.  
 
TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
All the conference halls of the 2011 ARCE Congress will be fully equipped with the necessary technical devices for video-projection. Presentations of the accepted abstracts will be made only in MS Office Power Point and presented on a CD-ROM, memory stick or floppy disk support. Please avoid Rewritable CDs.

INTERNET CONNECTION
All the participants will have free internet access granted in all Congress areaa: exhibition, Conference Halls, e-Posters area, lobby - participants' registration area.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONFERENCES REGISTRATION AND PREVIEW
The previewing and registration of the presentations will be made directly at the technician in the conference halls in the break prior to the session, at the technical desk. The information saved on the computer will be processed  And displayed by the technicians according to the instructions received. The presenting authors are kindly asked to check the documents with the tehnician.

For those participants that have not given the documents in due time, the Organizers have deputed a technician to receive the e-Posters all throughout the sessions.

BADGES
Throughout the entire Congress period, Social Evenings and official events, the participants and their accompanying persons are asked to permanently wear their nominal access badge.
