During the 2011 ARCE Congress, the posters will be presented exclusively on electronic devices, being displayed on the plasma screens placed in a specially designated area.
Poster Presentation Guide:
• Portret orientation (aspect ratio 16:9)
• PowerPoint format (1 slide per presenation) or .jpg (recommended size: 768x1024 pixels)
• Recommended fonts: Arial, Tahoma, Times New Roman, 1 line spacing, 20 pts for the headline and 12 pts for the abstract’s content. For a better visibility of the projection, it is recommended that light fonts are used on a darker background.
• Charts, sketches and photos may be used in the poster, at an optimum resolution
• No multimedia presentations (audio/video) will be inserted in the poster
Pre-Registration (lower fee) until July 1st, 2011

On-site Registration, starting with November 1st, 2011
August 1st, 2011 - deadline for scientific abstracts submission
