Registration to the Congress can be done using the Online Registration System.
 
Therefore we offer you a registration method which saves your time, your registration being performed fast and confortably.

Those participants registered for the Pre- and Post-Congress Courses that wish to register for the Congress also will benefit of the lower registration fee, available for the early registration period.
 
REGISTRATION FEES
The registration is valid only after we receive the proof that the payment of the registration fee has been made (a copy of your bank receipt). 

*Members are considered to be the persons that can prove the payment of the membership fee (2010-2011).
The Registration and Accommodation Form will be sent along with the copy of the receipt that proves the payment of the membership fee.
Of the Members registration fees will benefit only those who paid their membership fee until  August 1^st, 2011, the latest.

All registration fees have 24 % VAT included.

The participants’ registration fee includes:
(1) Participation to the scientific events; (2) Access to the posters’ area;  (3) The Congress’ materials (name badge, bag, the Final Announcement Brochure and the Abstract Book of the Congress, printed version and CD, the Book with the extended texts of the conferences and courses); (4) Access to the specialized medical exhibition; (5) Participation to the Welcome Cocktail and social evenings (according to the final social program of the Congress); (7) participation to Coffee Breaks; (7) Certificate of Attendance mentioning the CME, issued by the Romanian College of Physicians (for medics) and by the Order of Medical Assistants and Nurses of Romania (for nurses).
 
The accompanying person’s registration fee includes:
(1) Name Badge; (2) Access to the specialized medical exhibition; (3) Participation to the Welcome Cocktail; (4) Participation to Coffee Breaks.

Note:
The Organizers take upon themselves the obligation to provide the bag containing the Congress’ materials only for the participants registered
until May 1st, 2011.
For the on-site registered participants, the bag containing the Congress’ materials will be distributed taking into consideration the existing stock.
 

PAYMENT METHODS
All payments regarding the participants' registration and accommodation will be made either by sending your credit card coordinates, either by bank transfer, in LEI at the BNR rate official rate of exchange available in the day the payment is made.

Cash payment is accepted only for on-site registration, at the Financial Desk of the Congres, between the 23^rd and the 26^th of November, 2011.

Bank expenses are the responsibility of the payee and will be rendered when paying the registration and/or accommodation fee. 

If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer and not by credit card, please send to Ralcom Exhibitions a copy of the payment proof by fax or by email. Please mention the name of the participant for whom the payment and the name of the  2011ARCE Congress.
