The registration is valid only after we receive the proof that the payment of the registration fee has been made (a copy of your bank receipt).

*A.R.C.E / E.A.E.S. / S.R.C.P. / S.N.C.A.M.R. Members are considered to be the persons that can
prove the payment of the membership fee (2009).
The Registration and Accommodation Form will be sent
along with the copy of the receipt that proves the payment of the membership
fee. Of the A.R.C.E. / E.A.E.S. / S.R.C.P. / S.N.C.A.M.R. Members registration fees will benefit only those who paid
their membership fee until
August 1st, 2009 , the latest.

Information regarding the membership to the European Association For Endoscopic Surgery can be found on www.eaes-eur.org.
Information regarding the membership to the National Society for Surgery of Medical Nurses can be found on www.sncamr.ro.
Participants’ registration fee includes: (1)
Participation to the scientific events; (2) Access to the posters’ area; (3)
Congress’ Materials (name badge, bag, “Final Announcement” brochure and the
Congress’ Abstract Book printed and CD version); (4) Access to the specialized
medical exhibition; (5) Participation to the Welcome Cocktail; (6) Participation to the coffee
breaks; (7) Certificate of attendance mentioning the CME, issued by the Romanian
College of Physicians (for medics) and by the Order of Medical Assistants and
Nurses of Romania (for nurses).
Accompanying persons' registration fee includes: (1)
Name badge; (2) Access to the specialized medical exhibition; (3)
Participation to the Welcome Cocktail; (4) Participation to the coffee
breaks.
Note:
The Organizers take upon themselves the obligation of
distributing the bag containing the Congress’ materials only to those
participants registered until
October
31st, 2009 .
For onsite registered participants, the
bag containing the Congress’ materials will be distributed taking into
consideration the existing stock.
