ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

ATTENTION!
Before submitting the abstract, the author must register, following to make the payment no later than September 1st , 2009.
The abstracts whose authors are not registered will NOT be taken into consideration.
 
Once you have entered the online abstract submission page, we kindly ask you to complete the following sections as follows:

1. MAIN AUTHOR:
- containing name, surname and institution of the author of the abstract;
- please tick the "presenting author" case only if the author of the submitted abstract is also its presenter.

2. Click on the Next Step button.
 
3. CO-AUTHORS:
- add the number of co-authors of the abstract and press the "add co-authors" button to open the necessary fields containing name, surname and institution of the co-author of the abstract;
- in case you want to remove one of the already added co-authors please press the "Cancel" button.
- to add co-authors press the "Add co-authors" button and fill in the opened fields with the requested information.
 
4. Click on the Next Step button.
 
5. Contact:
- please complete the fields in order for us to be able to contact the presenting author (or another designed contact person) in case of misunderstandings.

6. Click on the Next Step button.

7. Abstract:
- please make sure to read the Rules for online abstract submission before submitting your abstract;
- specify the title (in capitals), the preferred presentation type (oral, poster, no preference) and choose the topic it belongs to;
- do not exceed 250 words and do not insert any images or tables.

8. Click on the Finalise button.
 
9. After finalizing your registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your submission. Possible changes / additional information to the Online Abstract Registration Form are possible until September 1st, by accessing the received link withing the e-mail. Editing your information is only possible once.
