A copy of the payment documents, stamped by the bank, will be remitted to the Congress' Management through mail or fax, together with the Registration and Accommodation Form.
All registered participants shall receive at the end of the event a certificate of participation mentioning the number of Continuous Medical Education hours (
CME ) that ARCE 2009 Congress was credited with by the Romanian College of Physicians (for medics) and by the Order of Medical Assistants and Nurses of Romania (for nurses).
Technical Equipment
All the conference halls of the ARCE 2009 Congress will be fully equipped with the necessary technical devices for video-projection. Presentations of the accepted abstracts will be made only in MS Office PowerPoint and presented on a CD-ROM, memory stick or floppy disk support. Please avoid Rewritable CDs.
Internet and Presentation Previewing
All participants have free Internet access and they will be able to preview their presentations in the specially designated area inside the Rin Grand Hotel,
Bucharest .
Throughout the entire Congress period, Social Evenings and official events, the participants and their accompanying persons are asked to permanently wear their nominal access badge.
